Regulations for Event Participation

The Pylon Club organizes various events.

Each event may have different participation methods and regulations depending on its nature. These regulations have been carefully crafted to ensure that more neighbors can participate and to maintain a healthy community environment. Please be sure to read and adhere to the rules before participating in any event.

We hope to create a healthy and enjoyable community together.

Product Experience Group

The product experience group is an event where you receive a product via delivery, use it, and upload review content to your SNS channels. Typically, you do not need to pay for the product, but you must provide your SNS channel account, shipping address, phone number, and name during the application. The personal information you provide will be automatically discarded after the completion of the experience group.

*If you are selected for the experience group, failure to submit content within the designated timeframe may restrict your participation in future events.

Service & Treatment Experience Group

The specific service or treatment experience group is an event where you visit an offline store to experience the service or treatment and upload review content to your SNS channels. You must coordinate your availability with the service provider or the Pylon Club admins, providing your personal contact information (phone number, email) for coordination. You must visit the store at the agreed time to receive the service or treatment. In case of unavoidable cancellation, please contact the admins at least 2 days before the scheduled appointment.

*If you do not show up without prior notice, it may limit your participation in future events.

Paid Travel Events (Domestic in Korea)

This is a paid travel event organized by The Pylon Club, offering a program to travel to specific regions. It includes special benefits for participants, and the total travel cost is paid. Payment of the travel cost is required to confirm your participation at the time of application. Cancellations and associated refunds will follow the refund policies of the partner travel agency involved in the event, so please refer to the detailed refund policy of the partner agency provided in each event description. The refund rate may vary depending on the timing of the cancellation.

Free Fam Tour Travel Events (Domestic in Korea)

Organized by The Pylon Club in collaboration with local governments or travel agencies, this free fam tour is a program aimed at developing travel experiences. The itinerary may change based on weather conditions or local circumstances. Participation is free, but to prevent no-shows, only those who prepay a deposit will have their participation confirmed. The deposit is set at 20-30% of the total travel cost and will be refunded after on-site verification on the day of the event.

*If you do not participate after paying the deposit, it will not be refunded, and no-shows may limit your participation in future events.

Other Community Gatherings

The Pylon Club organizes small gatherings where you can engage in board games, coffee chats, interviews, and more offline. These gatherings are held irregularly and announced through the event space. Friends are welcome to join, and applications are open. For more details, follow the event space and receive notifications.
