Detailed Regulations for Medical Procedure Trial Group Events

The Pylon Club operates a trial group program for foreign residents in Korea and foreign tourists visiting Korea to experience medical procedures at hospitals and clinics.

The trial group program is conducted irregularly and is based on procedures provided by hospitals and clinics.

The Pylon Club operates this procedure trial group program to provide necessary medical information about Korea to foreigners who need medical treatments.

We kindly request that content creators participating in the trial group strictly adhere to the following detailed regulations regarding the trial group events.

1. Trial Group Application Qualifications

  1. Content creators operating public SNS or blog accounts

  2. The number of followers may vary depending on the hospital's request, but generally at least 500 followers

  3. Creators who can show their face on their accounts, as before and after photos or videos of the procedure are required

2. Trial Group Application Process

  1. Only members (EEUT) who have downloaded The Pylon Club app and registered can apply

  2. Personal information provision and consent required for hospital visit reservation (name, contact number, email address, SNS channels, etc.)

  3. Apply after carefully reading the trial group regulations

  4. Selected individuals will be contacted individually by the hospital or The Pylon Club management team within 2-3 business days after application. Those who do not receive contact are considered not selected for the trial group

3. Trial Group Selection and Visit Reservation Method

  1. Individual contact from the hospital after checking the SNS and blog channels provided in the application form

  2. Coordinate possible dates and times for the visit

4. Regulations on Content Upload After Hospital Visit

  1. Review content must be uploaded within 15 days (including weekends) after the visit

  2. Upload an honest review following the guidelines provided by the hospital's consultation center or The Pylon Club

  3. To avoid legal sanctions under Korean medical advertising law, upload with The Pylon Club account as a co-creator

  4. Tagging the visited hospital's social media account is mandatory

5. Cases of Regulation Violations and Disadvantages

  1. The hospital or The Pylon Club will contact selected individuals within 2-3 business days for visit reservation.

    1. If there's no response within 3 days after initial contact, the trial group selection will be canceled

    2. Future applications for other trial group events are possible, but if contact fails more than twice, selection for the next event may be difficult

  2. Cancellation on the day of the appointment or no-show after making a visit reservation

    1. Please contact the hospital's consultation center or The Pylon Club at least 2 days before the visit date for schedule changes

    2. Same-day cancellations are not allowed and will be considered as no-shows

    3. No-shows without prior contact on the day of the visit will result in inability to participate in future trial group and club events

  3. Delay in review upload after visit or no response after 3 or more attempts

    1. Reviews should be uploaded within 15 days after the visit

    2. A reminder message will be sent before the review deadline. If the review is not uploaded after the deadline, 2 additional notice messages will be sent

    3. If an extension for the review upload deadline is needed, please inform the hospital's consultation center or The Pylon Club management at least 3 days in advance with the reason for delay

    4. Failure to upload content without agreed extension or no response after 3 notice messages will be considered a no-show, resulting in a 3-month suspension from The Pylon Club community activities

  4. Reviews that do not meet guidelines

    1. If an uploaded review does not meet the guidelines, the hospital's consultation center or The Pylon Club may request modifications

    2. No response to 3 or more modification request messages will be considered a no-show, restricting participation in future trial group and club events

These regulations will be effective from September 1, 2025.
